To enable you to manage your textile unit, embroidery machinery, yarn inventory, and Karigars seamlessly, we collect information you voluntarily provide during onboarding and ongoing platform use:

In operating our ERP modules, the Platform collects and stores manufacturing and commercial records entered by you or your factory supervisors:

• Yarn & Cone Inventory: Yarn lot numbers, denier counts, box weights, cone quantities, and yarn consumption formulas.
• Machine Stitch & Shift Counters: Multi-head embroidery machine production logs, stitch counts, color stop sequences, and machine downtime logs.
• Weaving & Taka Tracking: Grey fabric roll numbers, meterage, folding logs, quality inspection grades, and dispatch challans.
• GST & Invoicing Records: Sales invoices, tax invoices, purchase vouchers, GST ledgers, debit/credit notes, and payment receipts.

This operational data is used solely to generate your manufacturing reports, worker wage sheets, balance sheets, and dispatch vouchers within your private dashboard.

When you contact our support desk via email, WhatsApp, telephone, or our in-app inquiry forms:

• We log your message history, support ticket details, audio recording (for customer service quality if notified on the call), and debugging screenshots.
• If you utilize automated WhatsApp dispatch notices or payment reminder features in EasyQck Textile, we process recipient phone numbers and message content strictly to transmit authorized transactional notifications via certified Meta Business Solution Providers (BSPs).
• We do not read or intercept private chats outside the specific business triggers configured by you in the ERP software.

For EasyQck Textile software subscriptions, renewals, machine licenses, or custom module additions:

What We Retain: We retain only transaction references (Payment ID, Order ID, subscription duration, amount paid, GST tax breakdown, and date timestamp) to issue valid GST invoices and manage subscription validity.

When accessing the EasyQck Textile web application or mobile apps, our servers automatically collect telemetry data necessary for software reliability and intrusion defense:

• Device & OS Identifiers: Smartphone brand, model, operating system version (Android / iOS / Windows), screen resolution, and unique device hardware UUID.
• Network & Geolocation: IP address, Internet Service Provider (ISP), general city/region geolocation (derived via IP, without continuous precise GPS tracking), and mobile carrier info.
• Application Telemetry: Software version number, feature click paths, API response latency, and crash stack traces.

We employ industry-leading organizational and technical security measures to protect your textile business assets:

Active Subscription Period: We preserve your design files, inventory records, and production history for as long as your account is active and in good standing.

Upon Account Inactivity or Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription or your account lapses, we preserve your records for a grace period of 90 days to allow renewal without loss of design history. Following this grace period, production records may be archived or permanently purged.

Statutory Accounting Mandate: In accordance with Indian tax statutes (GST Act and Income Tax Act), historical sales invoices, purchase records, and transaction vouchers must be retained for up to 7 financial years.

Right to Permanent Deletion: You may request complete account deletion at any time by emailing support@easyqcktextile.com. Upon identity verification, your non-statutory records and design files will be irreversibly erased within 30 business days.

EasyQck Textile is an enterprise business-to-business (B2B) manufacturing and accounting software. Our services are directed strictly to commercial business owners, factory proprietors, managers, and designers who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover that a minor has registered an account without verified parental or legal guardian consent, we will promptly terminate the account and purge associated personal data.

EasyQck Textile reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect technological updates, changes in textile modules, security enhancements, or revisions in Indian statutory legislation.

When modifications are enacted, we will update the "Last Revised" date at the header of this document. For substantial updates affecting how personal data or design files are managed, we will issue notice via in-app banner announcements, registered email alerts, or SMS notices prior to the changes taking effect.
